John F. Pomykato, Esquire

Attorney John F. Pomykato has been a licensed attorney for 30 years and is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars as well as the United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also admitted to practice in front of United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.  He regularly appears before the MA Department of Industrial Accidents and the NH Department of Labor in workers compensation claims on behalf of injured workers as well as the district and superior courts of MA and NH.  He represents individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits before the Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security Administration.  Attorney Pomykato is also a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
